WCLS makes our library meeting and conference rooms available when they are not being used by the Library, Friends of the Library groups, library building owners, or government organizations.
Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis and may be made no more than 16 weeks in advance.
Please see our full procedure for Meeting Room and Facilities Use as well as the Fee Schedule listed below to determine if the library is right for your meeting.
Laptop, LCD Projectors, Hearing Assistance Devices, and a PA System can be reserved upon request with prior notice, if available.
To request the use of a meeting room online, choose a location below. If your meeting is within 24 hours, online reservations are not available. Please call (360) 305-3600 to reserve.
