With the Fire on High Rather than a story that ends when a young women gets pregnant this story begins with that and tells the inspiring story of a young women, working with her family and friends, to follow her dreams. A very inspiring story.

Book of a Thousand Days I loved this fairytale retelling told through a series of diary entries. It left me with quotes that I will be thinking about for a long time.

Fat Chance, Charlie Vega I loved Charlie’s story! She was smart, talented, kind, and fat. At times she was insecure, other times brave and bold. It felt real and opened my eyes to challenges of being plus sized in our world.
