Testing & Education Reference Center  Job seekers can explore career choices, assess likes, abilities and strengths, research specific job salaries, and map a career path or practice certification tests for a variety of vocations, in English and Spanish.

Mango provides language learning lessons with reading/writing/listening components for English as a second language users. Also, there are lessons for learning Spanish, French, Russian, Italian and Pirate!


Whatcom Literacy Council offers free one-on-one tutoring and classes that can help you learn English or improve on what you already know.


These are WorkSource staff in the Skagit office who are able to assist you in Spanish with your work search and other support. They are familiar with the needs of immigrant farm workers. Even if you are already working with the Bellingham WorkSource, you may also receive services in Spanish at WorkSource Skagit.
